I worked in the fitness industry for over 12 years as a personal trainer and yoga instructor. I’ve seen my clients go through all the fad diets and feel like a failure.  

I grew up around multiple family members with diabetes, so I can appreciate what it feels like to have health concerns lingering in your mind. 

As someone who was teased for being overweight as a kid, I know what it feels like to think something is wrong with your body.

There is no one-size-fits all approach to nutrition. Our nutrition needs change throughout our lifetime and based on my factors. However, trendy diets do not honor your body’s unique needs. As an expert in nutrition, I can help you sort through the noise and tune into your definition of health.

In addition to working with clients to define their individual nutrition goals, I work in clinical nutrition. I help patients in the hospital meet their nutrition needs to manage various health conditions. With my background in fitness, I’ll help you find the kind of movement that feels good to your body. Yoga has been an important part of my life and I’ve been teaching for over 11 years.  I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with over 500 hours of training. I teach with a focus on alignment, breath, and relaxing the mind without taking yourself too seriously.
